  • What time can I check in and check out?

    Check-in: from 3:00 pm

    Check-out: until 11:00 am

    Sunday: check-out available until 12:00 noon

  • Can I check in early or check out late?

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to discuss the options.

  • Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

    Yes, our reception is available to help you day and night.

  • Can I leave my luggage here?

    Yes. You can safely leave your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No. TRYP Badhotel The Hague Scheveningen is a completely smoke-free hotel. Smoking in guest rooms or public areas will incur a €150 cleaning fee.

  • Is WiFi available?

    Yes! Enjoy free high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel.

  • Does the hotel have wellness and fitness facilities?

    Yes. Relax in our wellness area with a sauna or stay active in our modern fitness room.

  • Does the hotel offer room service?

    No. You’re very welcome in our lounge & bar for a great cup of coffee, a refreshing cocktail or a delicious light bite.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay by debit card, credit card or cash.

  • Is parking available at the hotel?

    Yes! TRYP by Wyndham Badhotel The Hague Scheveningen has its own car park. Parking costs €37.50 per car, per night.


    As parking spaces are limited, we recommend reserving a space in advance.



    Parking is available from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.

  • Is there a bike storage area?

    Yes. We have secure bicycle storage with charging points for e-bikes.

  • Can I rent a bike?

    Yes. You can easily rent a city bike or e-bike from reception to explore Scheveningen, the dunes and The Hague.
